Exchanges and Returns — Levanni Collection
At Levanni Collection, every piece is curated to deliver a quality, thoughtful experience. If you need to initiate an exchange or return, we offer a simple, transparent process that complies with European consumer protection legislation.
Return Period
Customers have 30 consecutive days after receiving their order to request a return or exchange of an item.
Eligibility Requirements
For an exchange or return to be approved, items must:
– Be free of signs of use
– Retain original tags and packaging
– Be in perfect condition
Levanni Collection reserves the right to refuse items that do not meet these requirements.
How to Request an Exchange or Return
Your request must be sent to:

Please include:
– Order number
– Item(s) in question
– Reason for the exchange or return
Once your request is validated, you will receive shipping instructions.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs associated with returning or exchanging an item are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or the order was shipped in error.
Exchange Process
After we receive and inspect the returned item, Levanni Collection will ship the replacement item, subject to stock availability.
Refunds
When applicable, refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase, within a maximum of 14 days after the return is validated.
Original shipping costs are not refundable, except in cases where the error or issue is the fault of Levanni Collection.
Exclusions
The following items are not eligible for exchange or return:
– Custom made-to-order items
– Products that cannot be returned after opening for hygiene reasons
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or one that differs from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for priority resolution.
